Efficiency is everything. However, the optimal process is under constant adjustment. This consideration in particular requires a cautious approach in finding the right processes, but also in relaunching them. In concrete terms, it is all about,

• defining the optimal process, taking into account all interfaces and bottlenecks
• determining how the permanent evaluation process will proceed together with the process owners and
• how the adaptation in this case can be carried out in form of a CIP (Continuous Improvement Process).

Processes and their efficiency always have something to do with acceptance. In this area in particular, involvement of those affected right from the start of development is an absolute must.
